Term 3 Overview:

Dates: 8th Sept – 20th Dec 2025
Duration: 14 weeks, one class per week (except Half-Term)

The third term of 2025 at Wrexham Academy of Screen Acting offers an exciting opportunity for students to apply everything they’ve learned so far, with a focus on developing fully realised performances. We will guide students through more complex acting challenges, including ensemble work, emotional range, and filming techniques tailored to their individual strengths.

Ensemble Acting: Strengthen collaboration skills by working in pairs or groups on dynamic scenes.
Advanced Emotional Techniques: Explore and portray a wide range of emotions authentically and effectively.
Scene Filming: Gain hands-on experience working in a professional-style filming setup.
Final Showcase Screening: Students’ filmed scenes will be shown to family and friends at the end of the term.

By the end of Term 3, students will have honed their screen acting skills, gained experience working in a professional-style filming environment, and built a strong foundation for further acting opportunities. This term offers students a chance to leave with a standout performance piece and increased confidence in their abilities.

Ages 4-8

A fun and imaginative introduction to screen acting!
Perfect for young children, this class encourages creativity and play in a supportive environment. Through engaging games and activities.

Day: Saturdays, 10am - 11.00am

Ages 9-12

Ideal for young performers ready to dive into the world of screen acting. Students will explore character creation, learn essential acting techniques, and gain confidence performing short scenes for the camera.

Day: Thursdays, 5pm - 6.30pm

For teenagers who are passionate about acting and want to refine their skills for screen performance. Students will work on scene study, character development, and screen acting techniques to prepare for further training or industry opportunities.
