Cancellation Policy

Booking and Payment: Term Booking Deadline: All bookings for each term must be completed at least one week before the term's start date. Payment Terms: Full payment for the term is required at the time of booking to secure your place. Payments can be made via bank transfer, online payment, or in person. Payment plans may be available upon request but must be arranged and approved prior to booking. Refunds and Cancellations Cancellations by Students: Cancellations made up to 7 days before the term start date will be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 7 days of the term start date are non-refundable. Exceptions may be considered in cases of medical or personal emergencies, with supporting documentation. Cancellations by the Academy: If a term or class is canceled by WAoSA, a full refund or credit toward future sessions will be provided. Class Allocation: Students will be assigned to Foundation or Intermediate classes based on their skill level, assessed by WAoSA instructors. Students are welcome to discuss placement concerns with their instructor prior to the term starting. Optional Masterclass: At the end of each term, there will be a Masterclass available for an additional fee. Bookings for the Masterclass must be made separately and are subject to availability. Details of the fee and schedule will be provided during the term. Optional Drop-In Sessions: Weekly drop-in classes are available on Fridays for additional practice and are charged per session. Bookings for drop-in classes are separate from term bookings and can be made on a first-come, first-served basis. Missed Classes: Missed classes cannot be refunded or rescheduled, as terms operate on a fixed schedule. In exceptional cases, WAoSA may offer an alternative solution, such as joining another session, at its discretion. Code of Conduct: Students are expected to arrive on time, be prepared, and maintain a professional attitude. Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the term without a refund. Communication: All updates regarding term schedules, class details, or changes will be sent via email and announced during classes. Please ensure your contact details are up to date. Changes to Policy: WAoSA reserves the right to amend this policy at any time. Any updates will be communicated promptly via email and posted on our website.
