Duration: 12 weeks, one class per week (except Half-Term)
The second term of 2025 at Wrexham Academy of Screen Acting builds upon the foundational skills developed in Term 1, introducing more advanced techniques and greater challenges for our youth students. This 12-week term is designed to stretch their creativity, foster collaboration, and provide a deeper understanding of acting for the screen.

Advanced Acting Techniques: Dive deeper into emotional range, subtext, and physicality for the screen.

Improvisation and Creativity: Strengthen spontaneity and adaptability through engaging exercises.

Scene Study: Analyze scripts and develop techniques for performing multi-layered scenes.

Mini-Showcase Screening: Filmed scenes will be presented to families, providing students with a sense of achievement and motivation.
By the end of Term 2, students will have improved their confidence, acting range, and technical skills for screen performance. They will leave with a greater understanding of character work and storytelling, equipped with the tools needed to bring scripts to life on camera.
